Theo Aytchan Williams is the Executive Producer of CaribelinQ Omnimedia, digital media & arts Production Company, a member of the Latin Grammys and journeyman member of International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees - Local 107. As an 11 year IA member he has developed professional production skills in Lighting, Stage Managing and over all Theater/ Event Production.

In 2000, he relocated to the Oakland/ San Francisco Bay Area where he immediately became involved with the Cultural Arts Community. As a Producer and technician he has worked with numerous bands and dance companies as an artist, Theo studied Carnaval dance and drum under Mestre Carlos Aceituno founder of the acclaimed Carnaval group Fogo Na Roupa and was King of San Francisco Carnaval.

Theo provided lighting design for Malia Movement Company's 2008 8x10 series and has been with the company ever since.
